Welcome to Cyflogic. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at cyflogic.com and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The publisher

The Site is operated by Cyflogic (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general professional audience. By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. What the Site is

Cyflogic publishes editorial content about cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud, SaaS, and related enterprise technology topics. The Site is free to read. We may offer optional features such as a newsletter or the ability to leave comments, which are governed by these Terms together with any additional rules posted alongside the feature.

4. Content and intellectual property

4.1 Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the articles, images, design, code, and other materials on the Site are the property of Cyflogic or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may share short quotations and links to our articles in line with normal editorial practice, provided that you attribute the content to Cyflogic and link back to the original article. Any other reproduction, republication, distribution, or commercial use of our content requires our prior written permission. Republishing more than a brief excerpt without permission is not allowed, including by AI training systems or by automated scraping for redistribution.

4.2 Your content

If you submit content to the Site, including comments, contact form messages, or newsletter replies (collectively, “User Content”), you retain ownership of your content. You grant Cyflogic a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that User Content as needed to operate and promote the Site and the related services. You can ask us to remove your User Content at any time, and we will do so subject to any legal obligation to retain it.

You represent that any User Content you submit is yours to share, does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and complies with applicable law and these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to do any of the following:

Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
Send spam, chain letters, advertising, or other promotional material unrelated to the topic of an article.
Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code or technology designed to interfere with the Site.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems or data.
Use any automated means to scrape, copy, or harvest material from the Site beyond what robots.txt permits, including for the training of machine learning models without our written consent.
Use the Site in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use of it, or that violates applicable law.

We may remove User Content, suspend, or terminate access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Comments

Comments are moderated. We may edit, delete, or refuse to publish comments at our discretion, particularly those that violate the Acceptable Use rules above or our community standards. Comments do not necessarily reflect our views.

7. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you email updates about new content and related topics. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected]. We do not sell or rent newsletter subscriber lists.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, privacy practices, or availability. Your interactions with any third party are at your own risk and are governed by the terms of that third party.

9. No professional advice

Content on the Site is published for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such. Where we describe what other organizations have done, we are reporting on patterns, not recommending those patterns for your specific situation. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals before acting on anything you read on the Site.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. 11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyflogic and its contributors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, in which case the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyflogic and its contributors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, any User Content you submit, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and Cyflogic agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and post the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyflogic regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements between you and us regarding the same subject matter.
